Our Barn Light Nougats start as chocolate-covered caramel and nougat bars, then go through our careful freeze-drying process. What emerges are light, airy pieces that dissolve on your tongue, delivering an intense burst of chocolate, caramel, and nougat flavor all at once—without any of the stickiness.
